This policy applies to business orders for Gulf Sweet chocolate and confectionery products.
Inspect before acceptance
Inspect the delivery before accepting it, the products, the carton count, and the visible condition of each carton. Inspection at the point of delivery is how shortages and visible damage are resolved.
Raise any problem before you sign
If anything is short, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell the delivery representative before signing. They record the problem against the delivery there and then, and our team follows it up. Once the delivery is signed for, that record is closed.
Proof of acceptance
A recipient signature or authorised proof of delivery confirms the accepted quantity and the apparent condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
Perishable goods
Chocolate and confectionery are perishable and are not returnable once accepted.
After acceptance
Gulf Sweet does not operate a returns or refunds workflow, and orders are not reversed automatically. If there is a problem with an order after it has been accepted, contact us and we will review it with you directly.
